Motorcross Quiz self-grading

I wanted to make a survey that really has more to do with my life than with school. My survey tests one's knowledge of National Motorcross racing. I had fun creating it and now am awaiting for someone to take it! It is hard for me to look at data when I am answering the questions.
I love to look at the live data and see how other's do on the quiz. Teacher's should make this type of quiz because it is very easy and accessible. It would be harder for me in my classes as I teach special education in the seclusion environment but I am going to give it a try. This is also a great way to give a "pre-test". Students are used to instant feedback and I feel that we are pretty much going away from the "pencil/paper" era and into the 21st Century classroom. I do feel that West Virginia is lacking in technology but it can be attributed to more of a geographical problem as opposed to the state board not wanting teachers to use it. (Once the government releases the chip that my phone has that allows me to dial 911 and instantly have service where it did not exist, then we will all have Internet access too :p)
This was a very neat assignment that I am sure to show my fellow teachers also.

ISTE NETS standards: 2A, 2D, and 3C.
